Buyback Policy
We offer a lifetime Buyback Policy for the products purchased from us, which is subject to review by our Quality Assurance Team. The team will review whether the product is free from any damage or tampering; if found to be so, the product will not be accepted for the Buyback.
1. Gold and Diamond Jewellery
● Gold and Diamond Jewellery purchased from Swastik Jewels is eligible for buyback as per the prevailing company policy.
● A 10% deduction will be applicable on the buyback value of Diamond and Gold Jewellery.
2. Polki Jewellery
● Polki Jewellery is also eligible for buyback but with a 30% deduction on the Original Invoice Value.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the buyback value-
● Making Charges
● Colourstone charges
● Shipping Charges
● Certification Charges
● GST Charges
● Discounts and Offers
The original purchase invoice and all applicable jewellery certificates are mandatory for processing any buyback request.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the jewellery has been received, checked, and approved in accordance with our buyback policy.
● Refunds up to ₹1,00,000 will be processed on the same day.
● Refunds above ₹1,00,000 and up to ₹10,00,000 will be processed within 8 weeks.
● Refunds exceeding ₹10,00,000 will be processed within 16 weeks.
The above refund timeline begins from the date the buyback request is approved after successful quality checks and verification.
Swastik Jewels reserves the right to change this buyback policy at any time. These changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy from time to time, and your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any changes.
