Return Policy

At Swastik Jewels, every piece of jewellery is made of love and carefully checked before it is dispatched to you. However, if you wish to return the product, we are here to make the process as easy as possible.

Please read the return guidelines mentioned below carefully - 

1. Return Eligibility

• You can raise the return request within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. 

• The jewellery must be unused/unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.

• The jewellery should be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, certificates, and other documentation attached to the order.

Products that do not match the above conditions may not eligible for a return. 

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us resolve any issues quickly and fairly, an unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damage or missing items in your order.

The video should - 

• Start before opening the sealed package.

• Clearly show the package being opened from its original condition.

• Record the complete unboxing process without any cuts or editing. 

Unfortunately, we may not be able to process claims for damage or missing items if an unboxing video is not available. 

3. International Order

At this time, any international orders are not eligible for returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and an unboxing video. Our Team will review the request and provide a possible resolution. 

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned jewellery reaches the Swastik Jewels Warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection.

Only after the product successfully passes our quality checks - 

• Your return request will be approved.

• The refund will be processed through the Original Payment Method, wherever applicable.

• Refunds up to *₹1,00,000* will be processed on the same day.

• Refunds above *₹1,00,000* and up to *₹10,00,000* will be processed within *8 weeks*.

• Refunds exceeding *₹10,00,000* will be processed within *16 weeks*.

Please note that returns that do not pass our quality checks may be declined and the product may be shipped back to you. 

5. Products Not Eligible for Return

To maintain product quality and ensure a fair shopping experience for everyone, the following items are not eligible for returns:

• Nose Pin

• Customized or Personalized Jewellery

* Important Information

• Returns requested after 21 days return period will not be accepted.
• Swastik Jewels reserves the right to refuse a return if the jewellery does not meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
• We recommend keeping your original packaging with certificates and tags safe until the return period has expired, as these are required to complete the return process smoothly.
