Shipping Policy
At Swastik Jewels, we believe that every beautiful piece of jewellery should come with great service and experience - which is why we offer free shipping across India for all our valued customers. Just place your order, and we will deliver your favorite jewellery straight to your doorstep - with no extra shipping charges.
For our international customers, shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and applicable courier charges, and will be displayed at the time of checkout before you complete your purchase.
1. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, our team begins processing it within 24–48 working hours. This includes order confirmation, quality checks, careful packaging, and preparing your jewellery for dispatch.
For customized or personalized jewellery, each piece is specially made just for YOU! These orders require approximately 18–20 working days for manufacturing and preparation before they are ready to be shipped.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Tracking Information
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp. You can click on the link and check the live updates of your delivery status. If at any point you are unsure or facing a delay, our support team is available to help you track it manually and resolve any queries.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
At Swastik Jewels, we value our buyer’s time equally; that’s why we always strive to deliver your orders within 3-4 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary and can be longer than 4 days due to the destination and even postal codes. In that case, we also try to fulfill our commitment to timely deliveries; certain factors such as weekends, festivals, courier strikes, or national holidays may influence the delivery timeframe.
4. Regional Shipping Variations
We strive to serve all locations across India. However, delivery timelines may vary based on your Postal Codes and local courier service availability. In some remote areas or during delivery service limitations, delivery might take slightly longer. In such cases, we keep you informed and do our best to fulfill the order as quickly as possible.
5. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch or shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us within 48 hours. Our customer support will promptly verify the issue, connect with the courier, and ensure a quick resolution.
