What types of diamonds do you sell?
We offer both Natural Diamonds and Lab-Grown Diamonds, available in their respective collections.Every diamond is carefully selected and certified for its Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat. On each product page, you can customize and choose your preferred diamond color and clarity combination (such as F-G / SI-I, G-H / VS-SI, or I-J / SI-I) based on your preference and budget.
Can I customize the gold color or purity?
Yes! For most of our pieces, you can choose your preferred gold color (Yellow Gold, Rose Gold, or White Gold) and gold purity directly on the product page before adding it to your cart.
Are the prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, the final "Total Price" shown on the product page is inclusive of all taxes, including the standard 3% GST on jewellery. We provide a fully transparent price breakdown (Gold Value + Diamond Value + Making Charges + GST) so you know exactly what you are paying for.
What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original, unworn condition with all certificates and tags intact.
Do you have a Buyback or Lifetime Exchange policy?
